Coloured Pencil

I am an amateur artist and have worked in various media, including oils, pastels, calligraphy and illuminated lettering. Two years ago I took up coloured pencil and this has now become my preferred medium. I love the way pencil allows me to achieve a high level of detail and realism. Drawing with pencil is a gentle, meditative process that allows me to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
