Blurb: Successful rural businesswoman Barbara Scott is a studio felt maker and textile artist who draws on nature’s abstractions to fuel her vibrant wearable felt creations. Barbara’s unique wearable art pieces have added a touch of class to wardrobes around the world, including the USA, UK and Norway. Her more recent work explores 3D representations of nature using recycled fabrics, rust dyeing and slow stitching. Barbara uses her many textile techniques to provide an interesting range of work for visitors on the InStudio Art Trail.
